The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 90 Degree Slave Curve LSSC1.9X16-32-3-90-T features a diameter range of 2-1/2 inches to 1-11/16 inches and operates with a 32-inch between frame specification. This conveyor utilizes lineshaft-driven live roller technology, where rollers are independently powered by a urethane belt connected to a common drive shaft. The conveyor operates effectively under back pressure, allowing products to accumulate with minimal force. It is optimized for light loads, up to 15 lbs per roller, and supports speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. The design is tailored for flat-bottomed and evenly distributed loads, making it ideal for applications in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. The unit is constructed with two supports for a 36-inch top roller and features tapered rollers spaced on 3-inch centers. It's important to note that this is a slaved unit that requires coupling to a separately sold drive section to function. Only Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors can be coupled with this unit. For drive configurations, a ½ HP motor can drive lengths of up to 40 feet, a ¾ HP motor can manage 60 feet, and a 1 HP motor can control runs of up to 80 feet.
