The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 3' Drive Conveyor LSDS1.9X16-38-3-3-F60-1-CD features a 1.9" diameter, 38" between frame, and 16 gauge galvanized rollers mounted on 3" centers, designed for efficient conveyance of light loads (up to 15 lbs per roller) at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. This conveyor operates using a lineshaft-driven live roller mechanism where rollers are independently driven by a urethane belt connected to a common drive shaft. When back pressure is applied to the conveyed product, the spools driving the rollers will slip on the driveshaft, allowing for accumulation with minimal back pressure. The conveyor is equipped with a 1 HP, 115VAC single-phase motor with a non-reversing on/off switch, and includes two supports for a 36" top of roller height. Designed for applications in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling in clean, dry, oil-free environments, this conveyor provides optimal performance and reliability.
