The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 45-degree slave curve LSSC1.9X16-24-3-45-T features a diameter range of 2-1/2" to 1-11/16" and a 24" between frame, making it suitable for various applications. This lineshaft driven live roller conveyor operates by utilizing rollers independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, allowing for efficient conveyance of light loads (up to 15 lbs/roller) at speeds between 25-120 FPM. It is designed to accommodate flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads typically found in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling environments. The rollers are zinc plated and arranged on 3" centers, with one support for a 36" top of roller. Note that this item is a slaved unit and must be coupled to a drive section, sold separately, to function properly. The slaved and driven sections will only couple to other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. Maximum run lengths for a single drive section are 40' with a ½ HP motor, 60' with a ¾ HP motor, and 80' with a 1 HP motor. The ideal operational environment is clean, dry, and oil-free to maximize performance.
