It features a 3-foot long conveyor with a 38-inch frame width, equipped with 1.9-inch diameter 16-gauge galvanized rollers positioned on 3-inch centers. This conveyor operates at speeds ranging from 25 to 60 feet per minute, powered by a 1 HP motor with a 115VAC single-phase non-reversing variable speed controller. The design incorporates a driveshaft that runs the full length of the conveyor, employing urethane belts and drive spools to transmit power to the rollers.
