The Omni Metalcraft lineshaft vari speed drive conveyor LSDS1.9X16-22-3-3-V[25-60]-0.75-CD features a 22" between frame design and is powered by a 3/4 HP motor operating at 115VAC, 1 phase. This conveyor utilizes a unique lineshaft-driven system where rollers are independently powered by a urethane belt connected to a common drive shaft, allowing for optimal performance in light load applications (up to 15 lbs per roller) at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. The conveyor is constructed with 1.9" diameter, 16-gauge galvanized rollers spaced 3" apart, and includes two supports to maintain a height of 36" from the top of the roller. Ideal for clean, dry, oil-free environments, this conveyor is particularly suited for handling flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling settings.
