The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 10' slave conveyor LSSS1.9X16-24-3-10 features a 1.9" diameter with a 24" between frame and is constructed with 16 gauge galvanized rollers on 3" centers. This conveyor operates using a lineshaft driven system where independently driven rollers are powered by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft. The system allows for back pressure to be applied to the conveyed product, enabling accumulation with minimal back pressure, making it suitable for light loads (up to 15 lbs per roller) at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 FPM. The conveyor is ideal for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads often encountered in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling environments, particularly in clean, dry, and oil-free settings. This item is a slave unit and must be connected to a separate drive section, which is sold separately. It is important to note that this slaved and driven sections will only couple to other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. Additionally, the maximum run lengths that a single drive section can support are 40' with a ½ HP motor, 60' with a ¾ HP motor, and 80' with a 1 HP motor. The kit includes (2) supports for a 36" top of roller.
