The Omni Metalcraft LINESHAFT 10' slave conveyor LSSS1.9X16-36-3-10 features a 1.9" diameter and is designed with 36" between frames. This lineshaft driven live roller conveyor operates using rollers that are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, allowing for efficient accumulation of light loads (up to 15 lbs/roller) at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. The conveyor's design includes 10' in length, 1.9" diameter by 16 gauge galvanized rollers positioned on 3" centers, and two supports for a 36" top of roller. It is important to note that this is a slaved unit which must be coupled to a separately sold drive section to operate. Additionally, the maximum run lengths achievable by single drive sections are as follows: a ½ HP motor can drive up to 40', a ¾ HP motor can drive up to 60', and a 1 HP motor can drive up to 80'. Lineshaft conveyors are optimal for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads found in environments like distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling, operating best in clean, dry, oil-free conditions.
