The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 7' Slave Conveyor LSSS1.9X16-26-3-7 features a 1.9" diameter and is designed as a 26" between frame lineshaft driven live roller conveyor, utilizing a unique design where rollers are driven independently by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft. The conveyor operates with a driveshaft that extends the full length, transmitting power to rollers via a drive spool and belt, allowing for product accumulation with minimal back pressure. This conveyor can accommodate light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller, at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. It is specifically built for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads commonly found in distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling environments, particularly in clean, dry, oil-free conditions to optimize performance. The unit measures 7' in length and includes 26" between frames, 1.9" diameter x 16 gauge galvanized rollers on 3" centers, and one support for a 36" top of roller. It is important to note that this is a slaved unit, which requires coupling to a drive section (sold separately) for operation, and the slaved and driven sections are compatible only with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths achievable by a single drive section are 40 feet with a ½ HP motor, 60 feet with a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet with a 1 HP motor.
