The Omni Metalcraft LINESHAFT 7' slave conveyor LSSS1.9X16-16-3-7 features a 1.9" diameter and a 16" between frame design, utilizing lineshaft driven live roller technology. This system employs rollers that are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, enabling efficient accumulation of products with minimal back pressure. The conveyor operates optimally for light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller, with speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute (FPM), making it suitable for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads typically found in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling environments. The construction includes 16-gauge galvanized rollers positioned on 3" centers, with a total length of 7' and a support for a 36" top of roller. It is important to note that this is a slaved unit that must be connected to a drive section, sold separately, as the slaved and driven sections will only couple with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths for a single drive section are 40 feet with a ½ HP motor, 60 feet with a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet with a 1 HP motor.
