The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 45 Degree Slave Curve (LSSC1.9X16-36-3-45-T) features a diameter range of 2-1/2 inches to 1-11/16 inches and a 36-inch between frame distance. This lineshaft-driven live roller conveyor utilizes a design where rollers are independently powered by a urethane belt connected to a common drive shaft. It operates efficiently by allowing products to accumulate with minimal back pressure, accommodating light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller at speeds between 25 and 120 feet per minute. The system is ideal for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads in clean, dry, oil-free environments, typically seen in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. Key features include a 45-degree curve, 36 inches between frame, and 2-1/2-inch to 1-11/16-inch zinc-plated tapered rollers on 3-inch centers, along with one support for a 36-inch top of roller.
