The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 5' slave conveyor LSSS1.9X16-26-3-5 features a unique lineshaft-driven live roller design that employs 1.9" diameter, 16-gauge galvanized rollers positioned on 3" centers, providing a 26" between frame. This conveyor operates with a driveshaft that transmits power to the rollers via a urethane belt, allowing products to accumulate with minimal back pressure when conveyed. It can handle light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller at speeds between 25-120 feet per minute, making it ideal for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads found in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling applications. The maximum run lengths a single drive section can support are 40 feet with a ½ HP motor, 60 feet with a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet with a 1 HP motor. It is important to note that this item is a slaved unit and must be coupled to a drive section, sold separately, and is compatible only with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The conveyor is designed for clean, dry, oil-free environments to optimize performance and comes with one support for a 36" top of roller.
