The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 7' slave conveyor LSSS1.9X16-32-3-7 features a 1.9" diameter and a 32" between frame, designed specifically for efficient conveyance of light loads up to 15 lbs per roller at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. This lineshaft driven live roller conveyor employs a unique mechanism where rollers are independently driven by a urethane belt connected to a common drive shaft. The conveyor operates effectively in clean, dry, and oil-free environments, making it suitable for applications in distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. The construction includes 16-gauge galvanized rollers on 3" centers and one support for a 36" top of roller. It is important to note that this item is a slaved unit, requiring coupling to a separate drive section, which is sold separately; additionally, the slaved and driven sections can only couple to other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths a single drive section can drive are as follows: with a ½ HP motor - 40', a ¾ HP motor - 60', and a 1 HP motor - 80'.
