The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 10' slave conveyor LSSS1.9X16-13-3-10 features a 1.9" diameter and a 13" between frame, designed for optimal performance in light load conveyance. This lineshaft-driven live roller conveyor utilizes rollers that are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, allowing for efficient handling of flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads such as those in distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. It includes 10' long conveyor sections with 16-gauge galvanized rollers on 3" centers and comes with two supports for a 36" top of roller height. This unit operates effectively under clean, dry, and oil-free conditions, achieving speeds of 25-120 feet per minute for loads weighing up to 15 lbs per roller. It is important to note that this is a slaved unit and must be connected to a compatible drive section, sold separately, to function; the slaved and driven sections are only compatible with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths that a single drive section can support are 40 feet with a ½ HP motor, 60 feet with a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet with a 1 HP motor.
