The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 3' drive conveyor, model LSDS1.9X16-32-3-3-F60-0.75-CD, features a 1.9" diameter and a 32" between frame, making it suitable for various applications in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. This conveyor is powered by a 3/4 HP motor and operates at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. It is designed to accommodate loads of up to 15 lbs per roller and utilizes a unique lineshaft-driven system where rollers are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft. The configuration allows for product accumulation with minimal back pressure by enabling the driving spools to slip on the driveshaft when back pressure is applied. Ideal operating conditions include clean, dry, and oil-free environments to ensure optimal performance. The conveyor includes 60 feet per minute speed capability, a non-reversing on/off switch, and two supports for a 36" top of roller.
