The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 3' Drive Conveyor LSDS1.9X16-26-3-3-F60-0.75-CD features a 1.9" diameter, 16 gauge galvanized rollers positioned on 3-inch centers, with a 26-inch between frame dimension. This conveyor is powered by a 3/4 HP motor operating at 115VAC, 1 phase, and is designed to achieve speeds of up to 60 feet per minute. The lineshaft-driven live roller conveyors utilize a unique concept where rollers are independently driven by a urethane belt connected to a common drive shaft, allowing back pressure applied to the product to cause the spools driving the rollers to slip on the driveshaft, facilitating product accumulation with minimal back pressure. The conveyor is ideal for handling light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller and is suitable for applications in distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. It includes a non-reversing on/off switch and comes with two supports designed for a 36-inch top of roller height.
