The Omni Metalcraft lineshaft 45 degree slave curve model LSSC1.9X16-18-3-45-T features a diameter range of 2-1/2" to 1-11/16" with an 18" between frame dimension. This lineshaft driven live roller conveyor employs rollers independently powered by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, providing a unique solution for the conveyance of light loads, specifically those weighing up to 15 lbs per roller, at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 FPM. Designed for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads typically found in distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling, the system operates optimally in clean, dry, oil-free environments to maximize performance. Key features include a 45 degree curve, tapered zinc plated rollers positioned on 3" centers, and one support for a 36" top of roller. It is important to note that this item is a slaved unit and must be coupled to a drive section, which is sold separately, to operate effectively. Additionally, slaved and driven sections will only couple with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths that a single drive section can handle are 40 feet with a ½ HP motor, 60 feet with a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet with a 1 HP motor.
