The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 3' drive conveyor LSDS1.9X16-24-3-3-F60-0.75-CD is designed with a 1.9" diameter and a 24" between frame, featuring 16-gauge galvanized rollers positioned on 3" centers. This conveyor is powered by a robust 3/4 HP motor operating at 115VAC and is capable of achieving speeds between 25 to 120 feet per minute. The system employs a lineshaft-driven live roller mechanism, where rollers are independently driven by a urethane belt connected to a common drive shaft, allowing for efficient product accumulation with minimal back pressure. It is suitable for light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller, ideal for applications in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. The conveyor includes a non-reversing on/off switch and comes with two supports for a 36" top of roller height.
