The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 45 deg. slave curve LSSC1.9X16-32-3-45-T is designed for 2-1/2"-1-11/16" diameter rollers, featuring 32" between frames and 2-1/2" diameter to 1-11/16" zinc plated tapered rollers on 3" centers. This conveyor is part of a lineshaft-driven live roller conveyor system that operates using a driveshaft running the full length of the conveyor, transferring power to the rollers via a drive spool and belt. The system accommodates light loads (up to 15 lbs/roller) at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 FPM, making it ideal for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads typical in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling applications. It includes one support for a 36" top of roller and is designed for clean, dry, oil-free environments to optimize performance. Note that this item is a slaved unit requiring coupling to a separately sold drive section, and the slaved and driven sections can only couple with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths driven by a single section are 40' with a ½ HP motor, 60' with a ¾ HP motor, and 80' with a 1 HP motor.
