The Omni Metalcraft LINESHAFT 7' slave conveyor (model LSSS1.9X16-36-3-7) features a design with a 1.9" diameter and 36" between frame. This conveyor employs rollers that are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, allowing for efficient product conveyance. The drive shaft runs the full length of the conveyor, transmitting power to the rollers via a drive spool and belt, enabling the conveyed product to accumulate with minimal back pressure. It is designed to handle light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller, operating at speeds between 25 and 120 feet per minute. The conveyor is suitable for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads commonly found in distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling environments, ideally in clean, dry, oil-free conditions. This unit measures 7' in length and has a support for 36" top of roller, with 16-gauge galvanized rollers spaced 3" apart. Note that this is a slave unit that requires coupling to a separate drive section, which is sold separately, in order to power the unit. The maximum run lengths a single drive section can drive are 40' with a ½ HP motor, 60' with a ¾ HP motor, and 80' with a 1 HP motor.
