The Omni Metalcraft lineshaft 90-degree slave curve LSSC1.9X16-38-3-90-T features a diameter range of 2-1/2" to 1-11/16" and a 38" between frame measurement. This lineshaft driven live roller conveyor operates on a unique concept where rollers are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft. The design allows for the driveshaft to run the full length of the conveyor, transmitting power to the rollers via a drive spool and belt. The system is optimized for light loads up to 15 lbs per roller, operating at speeds between 25-120 feet per minute (FPM). It is particularly suited for handling flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads commonly seen in distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling environments, functioning best in clean, dry, oil-free conditions. Included in the kit are two supports for a 36” top of roller, with the tapered rollers spaced on 3” centers. Note that this is a slaved unit, which must be coupled to a separate drive section to operate, and it is compatible only with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths that a single drive section can drive are 40 feet with a ½ HP motor, 60 feet with a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet with a 1 HP motor.
