The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 3' drive conveyor LSDS1.9X16-13-3-3-F60-0.75-CD features a 1.9" diameter, with a 13" between frame and is equipped with 16 gauge galvanized rollers spaced on 3" centers, designed to operate at a speed of 60 feet per minute and powered by a 3/4 HP motor. This lineshaft driven live roller conveyor utilizes a unique design where rollers are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, allowing for smooth operation and the ability to accumulate product with minimal back pressure. It is ideal for conveying light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller, making it suitable for applications in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. The unit operates with a 115VAC, single-phase power supply and includes a non-reversing on/off switch. Additionally, the kit comes with two supports for a 36” top of roller setup. The recommended operating environment is clean, dry, and oil-free to maximize the conveyor's performance.
