Omni Metalcraft lineshaft 45 deg. slave curve LSSC1.9X16-16-3-45-T features a 2-1/2"-1-11/16" diameter design with a 16" between frame spacing. This conveyor uses lineshaft driven live roller technology, where rollers are powered independently by a urethane belt connected to a common drive shaft. The operation allows for product accumulation under back pressure, making it suitable for light loads up to 15 lbs per roller and speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. It is ideal for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads, commonly found in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling applications, and performs best in clean, dry, oil-free environments. Key features include a 45-degree curve, zinc plated tapered rollers measuring between 2-1/2" diameter to 1-11/16" diameter on 3" centers, and a support for a 36" top of roller. Please note that this is a slaved unit and must be coupled to a separate drive section to operate, with compatibility limited to other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths supported by a single drive section are 40 feet for a ½ HP motor, 60 feet for a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet for a 1 HP motor.
