The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 7' slave conveyor (model LSSS1.9X16-24-3-7) features a 1.9-inch diameter with a 24-inch between frame, designed specifically for light load conveyance, accommodating loads up to 15 lbs per roller at operational speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. This lineshaft-driven live roller conveyor utilizes rollers independently powered by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, allowing for excellent accumulation of products with minimal back pressure. The roller design consists of 1.9-inch diameter, 16-gauge galvanized rollers positioned on 3-inch centers, and the conveyor includes one support for a 36-inch top of roller height. It is essential to note that this is a slaved unit that must be connected to a separate drive section for operation, which is sold independently. Additionally, the slaved and driven sections are compatible only with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths achievable by a single drive section are 40 feet with a ½ HP motor, 60 feet with a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet with a 1 HP motor.
