The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 3' Drive Conveyor LSDS1.9X16-18-3-3-F60-0.5-CD features a 1.9" diameter and an 18" between frame with 3' long dimensions. This conveyor is designed with lineshaft driven live roller technology, where rollers are independently powered by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft. It operates efficiently with a drive shaft running the full length of the conveyor, transmitting power via a drive spool and belt. The conveyor can handle light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller and operates at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. Ideal for clean, dry, oil-free environments, it is particularly suitable for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads found in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. The system includes 16-gauge galvanized rollers positioned on 3" centers, operates at 60 feet per minute, and is powered by a 1/2 HP motor at 115VAC - 1 phase. It also features a non-reversing on/off switch and comes with two supports for a 36" top of roller height.
