The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 5' slave conveyor (LSSS1.9X16-36-3-5) features a 1.9" diameter and is designed for use with lineshaft driven live roller conveyors, which utilize rollers independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft. The conveyor's design allows for a driveshaft that runs its full length, transmitting power to the rollers via a drive spool and belt, enabling product accumulation under back pressure with minimal resistance. This conveyor is optimal for conveying light loads (up to 15 lbs per roller) at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute, and is suited for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads commonly found in distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. Ideal operating conditions are in clean, dry, oil-free environments to maximize performance. The specific features of this conveyor include a 5' length, 36" between frame, and 1.9" diameter by 16-gauge galvanized rollers on 3" centers, along with one support for a 36" top of roller. This item is a slaved unit and must be coupled to a drive section (sold separately) to function, and it is designed to couple only with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths that a single drive section can support are 40' with a ½ HP motor, 60' with a ¾ HP motor, and 80' with a 1 HP motor.
