The Omni Metalcraft lineshaft 3' variable speed drive conveyor, model LSDS1.9X16-26-3-3-V[25-60]-0.5-CD, features a 26" between frame and a 1/2 HP motor operating at 115VAC - 1 phase. This conveyor utilizes a unique lineshaft-driven design where rollers are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft. It operates by transmitting power from the driveshaft to the rollers via a drive spool and belt, allowing products to accumulate with minimal back pressure when necessary. It is optimal for transporting light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute and is specifically designed for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed products commonly found in distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling environments. The conveyor is constructed with 1.9" diameter, 16-gauge galvanized rollers positioned on 3" centers and is best utilized in clean, dry, oil-free environments to maximize performance. The kit includes two supports designed for a 36" top of roller height.
