Omni Metalcraft lineshaft 45 deg. slave curve LSSC1.9X16-13-3-45-T features a diameter of 2-1/2" to 1-11/16" and a 13" between frame. This lineshaft driven live roller conveyor utilizes rollers driven independently by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, allowing for efficient product accumulation with minimal back pressure. It is optimal for conveying light loads, with a maximum capacity of 15 lbs per roller and speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. Designed for clean, dry, oil-free environments, it is suitable for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads typically found in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. The configuration includes a 45-degree curve, tapered rollers zinc plated and positioned on 3" centers, along with a support for a 36" top of roller. This slave unit requires coupling to a drive section, sold separately, for operation, and is compatible only with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths a single drive section can drive are as follows: ½ HP motor – 40', ¾ HP motor – 60', and 1 HP motor – 80'.
