The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 3' drive conveyor, model LSDS1.9X16-24-3-3-F60-1-CD, features a 1.9" diameter, 24" between frame, and utilizes 16 gauge galvanized rollers spaced on 3" centers. This conveyor is powered by a 1 HP motor operating at 115VAC on a single phase, capable of achieving a speed of 60 feet per minute. It employs a unique design where rollers are driven independently by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, allowing for efficient accumulation of light loads (up to 15 lbs per roller) with minimal back pressure. Additionally, it includes a non-reversing on/off switch and comes with two supports for a 36" top of roller height. The conveyor is ideal for clean, dry, oil-free environments, making it suitable for applications in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling.
