The Omni Metalcraft LINESHAFT 10' slave conveyor LSSS1.9X16-18-3-10 features a 1.9" diameter and an 18" between frame, making it an ideal choice for environments requiring powered conveyance solutions. This lineshaft-driven live roller conveyor employs rollers that are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, allowing for efficient product accumulation with minimal back pressure. The conveyor is designed to convey light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 FPM, suitable for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads common in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling operations. The unit measures 10' in length, includes 1.9" diameter x 16 gauge galvanized rollers on 3" centers, and comes with two supports for a 36" top of roller. It is important to note that this item is a slaved unit which must be coupled to a drive section, sold separately, to function properly; additionally, slaved and driven sections will only couple to other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths for a single drive section with different motor capacities are 40' for a ½ HP motor, 60' for a ¾ HP motor, and 80' for a 1 HP motor.
