Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 10' slave conveyor LSSS1.9X16-32-3-10 features a 1.9" diameter and 32" between frame, designed with lineshaft-driven live roller conveyors that utilize rollers independently powered by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft. The conveyor operates via a driveshaft running the entire length, transferring power to the rollers through a drive spool and belt mechanism. It allows for accumulation of products with minimal back pressure when back pressure is applied, accommodating light loads up to 15 lbs per roller and operating at speeds between 25-120 feet per minute. The conveyor is ideal for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads found in various industries such as distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. The equipment measures 10' in length with 32" between frames and utilizes 1.9" diameter x 16 gauge galvanized rollers positioned on 3" centers, supported by two supports for a 36" top of roller. Note that this unit is a slave conveyor which must be connected to a separate drive section, also from Omni Metalcraft, for operation. The maximum run lengths a single drive section can support are 40' with a ½ HP motor, 60' with a ¾ HP motor, and 80' with a 1 HP motor.
