This product is made in the USA and is packaged as a single unit. Wave springs are specifically designed to reduce axial end play, making them particularly suitable for ball bearing applications, and they are capable of handling light to medium loads. These springs are ideal for situations with limited deflection, as they maintain a nearly linear spring rate between 20% and 80% of the available deflection, which should ideally not exceed 80%. Unlike curved springs, wave springs exhibit less expansion during loading, and the number of waves corresponds to the number of contact points on one side. The high carbon steel components are manufactured from commercial 1074-1095 steel and are certified to ASTM-A684 standards.
