The Weston Pro-3000 stainless steel vacuum sealer is designed for various sealing needs, such as preserving seasonal harvests, portioning bulk meats like beef, pork, and lamb, and sealing fresh catch. It features a digital control panel for easy monitoring of the sealing process and seal time, along with an extra large sealing bar capable of handling bags up to 15 inches wide. This vacuum sealer includes a double piston vacuum pump that provides up to 28 inches of mercury (HG) vacuum strength. The Pro-3000 model operates in both automatic mode, which allows for simple one-touch operation, and manual mode for customized vacuum pressure control, making it suitable for sealing sharp, delicate, or moist foods and objects. Additionally, the transparent acrylic lid ensures perfect bag alignment during the sealing process.
