The Vollrath vacuum sealer bags, model 40815, come in a pack of 100 and measure 8" x 12". These bags feature a total thickness of 3.0 mil for in chamber regular use, with a maximum cooking temperature of 158°F (70°C). For in chamber boil-in applications, the bags have a total thickness of 4.0 mil and can withstand a maximum cooking temperature of 212°F (100°C). Additionally, for out of chamber use, the bags maintain a maximum cooking temperature of 158°F (70°C).
