The Vollrath mesh vacuum sealer bags, model 40813, come in a pack of 100 and measure 8" x 12". The in chamber regular bags have a total thickness of 3.0 mil and can withstand a maximum cooking temperature of 158°F (70°C), while the in chamber boil-in bags feature a total thickness of 4.0 mil and can handle a maximum cooking temperature of 212°F (100°C). For out of chamber applications, the bags also have a maximum cooking temperature of 158°F (70°C).
