The Vollrath vacuum sealer bags, model 40816, come in a pack of 100 and each bag measures 10" x 15". The bags are designed for in-chamber regular use with a total thickness of 3.0 mil and can withstand a maximum cooking temperature of 158°F (70°C). For in-chamber boil-in applications, the bags feature a total thickness of 4.0 mil and are capable of handling a maximum cooking temperature of 212°F (100°C). When used out of chamber, the maximum cooking temperature remains at 158°F (70°C).
