The Vollrath Boil-In Vacuum Sealer Bags, model 23852, come in a pack of 100 and measure 8" x 12". These bags feature a total thickness of 3.0 mil for in-chamber regular use, with a maximum cooking temperature of 158°F (70°C). For in-chamber boil-in applications, the bags have a total thickness of 4.0 mil and can withstand a maximum cooking temperature of 212°F (100°C). Additionally, when used out of the chamber, the maximum cooking temperature is also 158°F (70°C).
