The Vollrath Boil-In Vacuum Sealer Bags, model 23850, are designed for versatile cooking and storage, available in a pack of 100 bags with dimensions of 6" x 8". These bags feature a total thickness of 3.0 mil for in-chamber regular use, allowing for a maximum cooking temperature of 158°F (70°C). For in-chamber boil-in applications, the bags have a total thickness of 4.0 mil and can withstand a maximum cooking temperature of 212°F (100°C). Additionally, the bags can be used out of chamber with a maximum cooking temperature of 158°F (70°C).
