The Vollrath mesh vacuum sealer bags (40812) come in a pack of 100, measuring 6" x 12". The bags are designed for both in chamber regular and in chamber boil-in use, featuring a total thickness of 3.0 mil for regular use and 4.0 mil for boil-in applications. The maximum cooking temperature for in chamber regular bags is 158°F (70°C), while for in chamber boil-in bags, it is 212°F (100°C). Out of chamber, the maximum cooking temperature is also 158°F (70°C).
