These bags feature an in-chamber regular design with a total thickness of 3.0 mil and a maximum cooking temperature of 158°F (70°C). Additionally, the in-chamber boil-in variant has a total thickness of 4.0 mil and a maximum cooking temperature of 212°F (100°C). For out-of-chamber applications, the maximum cooking temperature is also 158°F (70°C).
