The bags feature a total thickness of 3.0 mil for in chamber regular use, with a maximum cooking temperature of 158°F (70°C). For in chamber boil-in applications, the bags have a total thickness of 4.0 mil, allowing for a maximum cooking temperature of 212°F (100°C). Additionally, the out of chamber maximum cooking temperature is also 158°F (70°C).
