The TR-617N powered air purifying respirator assembly can be combined with 3M Versaflo branded head tops and filters or cartridges to create a complete, compact, lightweight, and easy-to-use PAPR, designed to protect against certain particulates, vapors, and gases. Head tops, filters, cartridges, and the battery charger are sold separately, with single and four bay chargers available for battery charging. The TR-617N assembly is particularly suited for customers working in environments with airborne hazards, such as pharmaceuticals or food manufacturing, where both particulates and gases or vapors are present. The kit includes a motor/blower, a high-capacity battery, a length-adjusting breathing tube, an easy-clean belt, and an airflow indicator.
