The 3M Secure Click Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Cartridge D8003 is NIOSH-approved, providing respiratory protection against certain organic vapors, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, chlorine dioxide, and hydrogen sulfide. This cartridge is designed for use with 3M Secure Click facepieces and features a Secure Click connection style that allows for a quick and simple attachment; users can align the connections and push until a click is heard, ensuring proper installation. The dual-flow technology incorporated in the cartridge facilitates easier breathing by creating a quad-flow cartridge system, which combines two dual-flow cartridges to establish four airflow paths for enhanced breathability and comfort. It is important to note that the D8003 should not be used in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH), in sandblasting applications, or in areas with particulates unless used in conjunction with approved particulate filters.
