Made in the USA, Nordfab's flexible rigid steel hose is designed for applications involving higher temperatures or abrasive material, and is available in galvanized or stainless steel. Hose sizes range from 1.5 to 6 inches, sold in 5-foot increments with a maximum length of 25 feet. Sizes 7 inches and 14 inches are sold in 5-foot increments only. For longer lengths, 5-foot hose assemblies with Quick-Fit ends can be supplied to easily connect additional assemblies, with raw ends provided as standard. QF or angle flange ends can be attached for an additional charge. Nordfab's Quick-Fit ductwork offers numerous benefits: components feature a rolled edge allowing for easy connection using a barrel-type clamp, while a specially designed gasket inside the clamp ensures a tight seal at the joint. Installers can quickly clamp each piece together without special tools, and the telescoping Quick-Fit adjustable nipple eliminates the need for precise measurements. The system is easy and fast to install, requiring no rivets, screws, or welding, which reduces installation and downtime by more than 45% compared to flanged ductwork. Additionally, Quick-Fit ducting is re-usable, allowing for easy uninstallation and relocation as needs change, and it is easy to clean, removing and reinstalling without tools.
