Made in the USA, Nordfab's flexible rigid steel hose is designed for applications involving higher temperatures or abrasive materials, available in galvanized or stainless steel. The hose comes in various sizes including 1.5" and 6", which can be purchased in 5' increments with a maximum length of 25', while 7" and 14" are sold in 5' increments only. For longer lengths, 5' hose assemblies with Quick-Fit ends can be supplied to easily connect additional assemblies, with raw ends provided as standard. Optional QF or angle flange ends can be attached for an additional charge. Key features of Nordfab's Quick-Fit ductwork include a rolled edge on the ends for easy clamping, a specially designed gasket for a tight seal, and a telescoping adjustable nipple for flexibility without the need for precise measurements. Installation is straightforward and rapid, eliminating the need for rivets, screws, or welding, which can reduce installation and downtime by more than 45% compared to traditional flanged ductwork.
