Made in the USA, Nordfab's Quick-Fit (QF) pipe clamps together in seconds without the need for welds, bolts, screws, flanges, special tools, precise measurements, or specialized skills, resulting in more than a 40% reduction in installation and ducting-related downtime compared to traditional ductwork. QF duct pipe features a laser-welded seam and Quick-Fit (QF) rolled ends for compatibility with QF clamps, which allow for quick assembly and disassembly as well as easy relocation. For heavier applications, QF duct pipe is available in 16 gauge and 18 gauge, while Nordfab duct pipe with QF ends also comes in 14 gauge. Additionally, Nordfab duct pipe with flanged ends is offered in 14 gauge and 12 gauge sizes, accommodating up to 40 inches in diameter. This ductwork system has rolled edges on the ends for simple connection to other components using barrel-type clamps, and includes a specially designed gasket within the clamp to ensure a tight seal at the joints. The telescoping Quick-Fit adjustable nipple eliminates the need for precise measurements, making installation quick and straightforward without the need for rivets, screws, or welding, resulting in a more than 45% decrease in installation time compared to flanged ductwork. Quick-Fit ducting is reusable, allowing for easy uninstallation and relocation as needs change, and it can be removed for cleaning and reinstalled without requiring any tools.
