Made in the USA, Nordfab's Quick-Fit (QF) duct system features pipe that clamps together in seconds without the need for welds, bolts, screws, flanges, special tools, or precise measurements, significantly reducing installation and ducting-related downtime by more than 40% compared to traditional ductwork. The QF duct pipe includes a laser welded seam and QF rolled ends for compatibility with QF clamps, facilitating quick assembly, disassembly, and relocation. For more demanding applications, QF duct pipe is offered in 16 gauge and 18 gauge, while Nordfab duct pipe with QF ends is also available in 14 gauge. Additionally, Nordfab duct pipe with flanged ends comes in 14 gauge and 12 gauge, accommodating sizes up to 40" diameter. Key features include a rolled edge on the ends of the ductwork components for easy connection with barrel-type clamps, a specially designed gasket that ensures a tight seal, and a telescoping Quick-Fit adjustable nipple that eliminates the need for precise measurements. The system is designed for quick installation without rivets, screws, or welding, allowing for ease of uninstallation and relocation as needs change. Quick-Fit ducting is also easy to clean, as it can be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled without tools.
