The BA3054 roof hatch is designed with OSHA life safety in mind and provides easy access to roof areas. This roof hatch features a simple installation and operation process. The BA3054 curb is constructed from 11-gauge aluminum, complemented by a gas spring that facilitates the opening of the 11-gauge aluminum lid. Both the lid and curb are equipped with 1" thick rigid insulation as a standard feature. Additionally, the BA3054 includes a continuous gasket to ensure weathertightness. The standard finish for the product is mill.
