The Babcock Davis BITK3030 is a 30" x 30" exposed flange, knurled knob access door designed for general purpose use. This fire-rated insulated access door features UL and Warnock-Hersey listings suitable for wall and ceiling applications. Engineered with mineral wool fiber insulation, the BITK is intended to reduce heat transfer during a fire. It comes with a 1" exposed face flange for compatibility with most material substrates. The standard locking mechanism utilizes a keyed lock paired with a knurled knob for secure access.
