The Babcock Davis BITK2430 is a general-purpose fire-rated insulated access door measuring 24" x 30". It features an exposed flange and a knurled knob for standard latching, which is a keyed lock. This access door is engineered with mineral wool fiber insulation, which helps in reducing heat transfer during a fire. The BITK has UL and Warnock-Hersey listings, making it suitable for both wall and ceiling applications. It also includes a 1" exposed face flange for installation in various material substrates.
