The Orbis USDA - FDA rackable pallet with lip measures 48 x 40 inches and has a load capacity of 5,000 lbs. Designed specifically for the food manufacturing, ingredients, meat and poultry, and pharmaceutical industries, this pallet is molded in one piece from polypropylene copolymer, providing enhanced stiffness and edge-racking performance of up to 2,200 lbs. The rackable pallet features a flow-through design that facilitates quick washing and drainage for high sanitation. With a double-deck design and a profile height of 6.25 inches, it is compatible with conveyors and most automated operations. Additional attributes include concentrated ribbing across the top deck and perimeter, angled leg openings, and thick outer leg wall sections for increased impact resistance and durability. The Rackocell pallet is acceptable for use in USDA-inspected meat and poultry plants and offers four-way forklift and two-way pallet jack entry, making it fully recyclable.
